If you selected BYOD the following will be the default settings:

VLAN: 10
Connection Type: PPPoE
Username: [email protected]
Password: GetThereFaster

Some of these settings can be changed if your router doesn't support these. Please contact the support team through your My Account section on the Ethanet website and we will help you get the connection setup just right.

Any username and password can be used, however both a username and password must be set to something.

Some routers place the internet VLAN settings under a label like "IPTV", "Multi service", or "IPTV/VLAN Settings".

Normally the service will be connected to the first internet port on the fibre box. This may be labelled as "GE1" or "LAN1". If your connection is setup on another port this is normally notified in emails from the support team but if this isn't working please feel free to contact the support team through the My Account section of the website.
